Structural based top to toe inspection, including basic Moisture survey. Includes a full detailed written report; with photos, defect details, and recommendations. 

Weathertightness Inspection
Option 3:   $ 750.00 + gst   (Meets bank lending Weathertightness requirements)
This inspection provides more in-depth interior moisture and exterior weathertight survey with moisture meters and in-depth Weathertightness experience. Includes a full detailed written report; with photos, defect details, suspected causations, and recommendations. 

Weathertightness Inspection, including Infrared scanning
Option 4: $ 950.00 + gst
This inspection provides more in-depth interior moisture and exterior weathertight survey in-depth . Includes a full detailed written report; with photos, defect details, suspected causations, and recommendations. 

Building & Weathertightness Inspection
Option 5: $ 950 + gst
A combination of both a structural Building and Weathertight report.
Includes a full detailed written report; with photos, defect details, suspected causations, and recommendations.

Building & Weathertightness Inspection, including Infrared (The Works)  
Option 6:  $1250.00 + gst
A combination of both a structural Building and Weathertight report.
